I did manage to find and download the driver but I still haven't found a link to download the Fuse. I get that it's not supported anymore but isn't it available at all?

So, I guess there is no other way to edit the sound via a computer? Buy into the new Mustang GT line of amps and hope they feel like making a Linux application some day.

No problem! Williams 3. Look it up and you'll see others having the same problems, and yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled different versions, many times, with the interface hooked up or not, tried different USB cords, different usb inputs on my windows 10 pc.
